Ed Johnson
Ed Johnson is a seasoned coach and thought partner with over 15 years of experience supporting senior leaders and teams across diverse cultures in the U.S. and abroad. He brings an authentic, empathetic, and challenging approach to coaching, helping clients navigate leadership, influence, and organizational impact.
An experienced speaker and facilitator, Ed has led workshops, keynote presentations, and peer learning forums, providing executive coaching at all levels—from C-suite leaders to individual contributors. His clients consistently report greater self-awareness, confidence, and the ability to adopt a positive mindset through life and career transitions.
Ed’s exploratory coaching approach empowers leaders to shift from self-criticism to intentional, positive action, enhancing both personal growth and organizational performance. His background as a former pastor allows him to support leaders who integrate spirituality into their leadership journey.
He holds a post-graduate certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being from George Mason University, a Master of Divinity (MDiv), and a Master of Arts in Christian Education (MACE) from Union Presbyterian Seminary. Additionally, he is a certified Positive Intelligence® Mental Fitness Coach, an International Facilitators Organization® certified facilitator, and credentialed in The Harrison Assessment and TetraMap®.
Based in Warrenton, Virginia, Ed enjoys life with his spouse, Alecia, and their blended family of five boys. He finds fulfillment in outdoor activities, grilling for loved ones, and staying active in the Peloton community.
