Why Crafted Coach?
The rings in our logo symbolize the impact we leave behind—just like the water rings from a glass on a coaster. Without awareness, they’re accidental. With intention, they tell a story of deliberate presence, meaningful connection, and lasting transformation.
Every interaction is like a cold glass on a coaster. Just as condensation gathers and leaves moisture behind, our presence in someone’s life leaves something behind—an impression, a feeling, an energy. Some people, like absorbent coasters, take in what we leave, holding onto it for a long time. Others, like waterproof coasters, let it roll off, untouched.
The bottom of a coaster never looks the same, just as no two interactions are alike. Some leave a light impression, others a deep impact. What we leave behind could be:
- A feeling—how we made someone feel (valued, heard, dismissed, inspired).
- A thought—a new perspective, a question to ponder, or even doubt.
- An energy shift—calm, motivation, tension, or joy.
- A memory—something small or significant that lingers.
- A piece of ourselves—our words, our kindness, our frustration, our authenticity.
The question is: What are we leaving behind? Are we refreshing and uplifting, or do we leave a mess for someone else to clean up?
